Individual Sessions

Sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and vary from session to session. The techniques I use are based on the premise that by promoting balance and flow in the body’s electromagnetic and subtle energies, health and wellbeing are enhanced.

The effects of multiple sessions are cumulative and a minimum of three sessions is generally recommended but not required.  After 3 sessions, I recommend continuing with a maintenance plan that works for you. You may prefer maintenance sessions every 2 weeks to 2 months.  More frequent sessions are excellent when you are working on something specific such as coping with physical or psychological stressors and major life changes, pain and inflammation, injuries, emotional constipation, etc.

I offer up to 3 spots per month for those with limited budgets or resources. If you feel this is you, please feel free to contact me about availability.
