We’ve spent this month reconnecting to your spark, clearing emotional static, and using movement to shift your energy. Now, we’re turning our attention to something many of us feel but rarely name: burnout.
Burnout doesn’t always arrive with a dramatic crash. Sometimes it’s subtle. You may feel emotionally flat, physically exhausted, or like everything requires extra effort. From an energetic perspective, burnout often shows up as a nervous system stuck in overdrive. You’re spinning in circles trying to get it all done, yet none of it is getting done.
This week, we’re exploring how to recognize the signs of burnout in your energy field—and what to do about it.
From Burnout to Burning Bright
Burnout is a signal, not a flaw. It’s your system saying: I need care, not more pushing.
Biofield Tuning sessions are particularly powerful here. I often see signs of adrenal exhaustion and overdrive in clients’ fields. When we work with the energetic imbalances, they begin to feel spacious again. That heaviness starts to lift. Clients report better sleep, less reactivity, more clarity, and even joy.
This is about gently restoring rhythm—not forcing productivity.
Signs of Burnout
Recognizing burnout is the first step toward healing. Here are some common signs:
Emotional Flatness: You may feel numb or disconnected from your emotions.
Physical Exhaustion: Even simple tasks feel overwhelming.
Increased Irritability: Small annoyances may trigger strong reactions.
Lack of Motivation: You might struggle to find the energy to engage in activities you once enjoyed.
Strategies to Combat Burnout
If you’re feeling burnt out, try these strategies:
Quiet Rest: Take 5–10 minutes of quiet rest with your hand on your heart. Let your body simply be.
Simplify Your To-Do List: Shorten your to-do list to just one thing—and let that be enough.
Mini Practice: Try the mini practice below to bring soothing to your overworked system.

Mini Practice: Burnout Reset Breath + Flow
Sit or lie down. Place one hand on your forehead and one on your heart.
Inhale gently through the nose, expanding your belly.
Exhale with a soft “hahhh” sound, as if you’re fogging a mirror.
Imagine tension melting out of your body and into the earth.
Now gently rub or tap your K27 points (just under your collarbones) to reset your system and bring in vitality.
Repeat for 1–2 minutes to calm your system and clear energetic noise.
