Ignite Your Inner Spark

Let’s begin with your spark—that quiet inner flame that makes you feel alive, creative, joyful, and lit-up from the inside. When life gets overwhelming, we often disconnect from it. We start scrolling social media, binge watching tv shows instead of getting outside, and just generally checking out.
The good news? You can reconnect.
Think of your spark as your energy signature. When you’re aligned and clear, it’s easy to access. But if you’ve been care-giving nonstop, juggling too much, or just existing on autopilot, your spark can start to dim. That doesn’t mean it’s gone. It means it needs tending.

Mini Practice: Reignite Your Inner Spark
Purpose: To gently awaken and strengthen your inner vitality, reconnect with your personal power, and restore a sense of lightness and inspiration when your energy feels low or dull.
How To:
Place one hand on your heart and one on your low belly.
Breathe in through your nose for a count of 4, hold for 2, exhale slowly through your mouth for 6.
As you breathe, imagine a small golden spark glowing brighter inside your solar plexus.
Repeat 3-5 times, each time the light growing bigger and stronger.
Optional: Pair this with a tuning fork (if you have one) or hum gently while exhaling to add vibration.
When To Do It:
When you feel drained, uninspired, or disconnected from yourself
First thing in the morning to start your day with intention
Midday as a gentle reset when you feel your energy lag
After an emotionally heavy moment or time of self-doubt
