Joy doesn’t always take the form of a grand celebration. However, it always leaves a trace in your energy field. When you take a moment to ground that joy with intention and gratitude, it strengthens. It becomes part of your foundation.


Take a moment to sit quietly. Place one hand on your heart and one on your low belly. Breathe gently and ask yourself: What joy have I cultivated this month? What do I want to carry with me into the season ahead?


Let those answers rise up, and give thanks for each small shift. Remember, gratitude is an amplifier. It helps that joy stretch even further.
