I mentioned in the last newsletter about how Sound and Energy Healing offers a gentle, yet powerful support, for increasing feelings of joy. This week, let’s dive a little deeper into that topic.


Joy Begins with Permission, Not Perfection

So many of us are operating on autopilot—doing what needs to get done, pushing through, showing up for everyone else. In the process, we often lose touch with what truly lights us up. Joy becomes an afterthought, or in some cases feels completely out of reach.


That’s where Biofield Tuning and Energy Medicine come in. Technique: Hold Your Neurovascular Points

This easy technique helps calm emotional overwhelm and gently reset your stress response.


How to do it:

  1. Rub your hands together vigorously and shake them off.

  2. Place your hands so that your palm is on your cheekbones, your fingertips are on your forehead and your eyes are “cupped”.

  3. You can rest your elbows on a table or your knees so your arms don’t get tired.

  4. Close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply.

  5. Hold for 2–5 minutes, or until you feel a shift—maybe a sigh, a sense of calm, or clearer thoughts.


Why it works:

The points on the forehead help regulate blood flow to the brain. When you're stressed, blood moves away from the fore brain (where clear thinking happens) and into survival mode. Gently holding these points encourages emotional balance and helps you feel more grounded and in control.

  • You feel overwhelmed or stuck

  • You’re trying to shift your mood

  • You want to reconnect with yourself before making a decision
