Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session and no-shows. (1) First Cancellation or No-Show: Forgiven, with a full refund provided; (2) Second Cancellation or No-Show: 50% of session rate will be charged as a cancellation fee; and (3) Third and Subsequent Cancellations or No-Shows: Charged at the full session rate. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for respecting our time and for your understanding!
